Services
We offer psychotherapy for teens (14+), adults, and couples in the Ottawa area. Our overarching goal for all of our work is to show up as humans first.
We value your lived experience more than anything we’ve read in a book or learned in a course; you’re the expert on you.
We believe that much of our work lies in showing up authentically with our clients. Therapy shouldn’t feel stuffy, formal, or inaccessible.
Individual Psychotherapy
All five of us offer individual psychotherapy for teens (16+) and adults. We each have our own unique flavour to how we work, and fit is so important for your therapy work. To pick a therapist, learn more about each of us and decide.
Rates for individual psychotherapy vary from $150-$185 depending on your psychotherapist.
We all also set aside a number of sliding scale spots for those who require a lower fee to access services.
We have a lot more to say about our individual therapy approaches for anxiety, stress management, and relationships.
Couples Psychotherapy
It’s hard enough to be a human person, let alone also be a human person in also in relationship with another. Being part of a couple (or any other combination of being with others) is hard work.
Angela Mason is our resident couples therapist. She sees couples out of our Ottawa office and online.
Rates for couples psychotherapy vary from $150-$185.
Supervision/Consultation
Elisa offers supervisory services virtually and in person in our Ottawa office for new and growing psychotherapists. She loves working with RP(Qualifying)s who are figuring out their therapeutic style and how they want to support themselves and their clients.
What does supervision with Elisa look like? She places focus on the process of therapy, co-regulation, and authenticity in the therapy room. Supervision encourages psychotherapist growth, self-trust, and normalizes challenges that we all face.

How We Work
- Step one: You reach out to book a session. That part is on you.
- We schedule a first appointment, where we talk about what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to work on.
- At each following session, we continue exploring those things you'd like to work on. Of course, if something explodes in your life or something goes really well, we're going to talk about that too.
